The Book “Understanding Equitable Principles and the Law of Trusts” is a legal effort to explain the role of Equity in the administration of justice beyond the bare and strict letters of the law. It is a response to the several requests by undergraduate students of law in the Rivers State University for Equity and the Law of Trusts; a core course generally regarded as very  difficult to assimilate, abstract and vague to be better simplified for greater appreciation.

Description

The Book “Understanding Equitable Principles and the Law of Trusts” is a legal effort to explain the role of Equity in the administration of justice beyond the bare and strict letters of the law. It is a response to the several requests by undergraduate students of law in the Rivers State University for Equity and the Law of Trusts; a core course generally regarded as very  difficult to assimilate, abstract and vague to be better simplified for greater appreciation. The book thus aims at achieving this by relying on several case laws- Nigerian and foreign as well as lucid illustrations, examples and is written in simple language.
