About the Author

Ayuli Jemide is the Founder and Lead Partner at Detail Commercial Solicitors – Nigeria’s first commercial solicitor to firm to specialise exclusively in non-court room practice. At the time of publishing this book Ayuli is the Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Section on Business Law.
