Apart from the Criminal Procedure Act and Laws of the States, there are few Nigerians books which deal with the subject of the Administration of Criminal Justice in Nigeria despite the facts that Criminal Procedure Law is one of the subjects being offer in our Universities and the Law School. This Book is written to fill this lacuna which is long overdue on the subject. The author brought to the fore is experience as a State Prosecutor in this Book. The book x-rayed the roles of each of the officers involved in the administration of criminal justice in Nigeria, and challenges confronting them in the discharge of their respective duties while suggestions are made to enhance effective performance
