This book is a revised edition of the earlier book, the Nigerian Land Law published in 2011. It gives a practical outline of the basic principles of the Nigerian Land Law. The book is designed to meet the yearnings of the students studying for their Law degrees in the various Law Faculties in the Nigerian Universities. The Nigerian Land Law is a core course that must be passed by Law students and it has attracted to itself, the reputation of being a complex and difficult subject.
