The 9th edition of the book “Corporate Governance and Sustainable Reporting in Nigeria” emphasizes and examines the corporate governance and sustainability reporting structure of the top thirty most capitalized companies on the Nigerian exchange, in adherence to the rules that applies to the structures. This year’s edition also analysed the female representation on boards of these companies.

The foreword of the book was written by the Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN), Ambassador Shuaibu Adamu Ahmed.
